The training will provide practical insights into the key principles and approaches required for the effective implementation, coordination, monitoring and management of EU grant-funded projects.
The session is particularly relevant to National Contact Points (NCPs) and Directors of Research in institutions seeking to strengthen their capacity to successfully manage and deliver EU-funded projects.
